Hi I’m Claire, the dreamer behind Kairos Coffee!
Kairos Coffee was born from a dream that has been growing in my heart for years.
For as long as I can remember, I've loved coffee—not simply as a beverage, but as an experience. Some of my favorite memories have been shared around a warm cup: lingering conversations at the kitchen table, Saturday mornings at the farmers market with friends, fellowship after church, and countless moments of connection over coffee. Whether it was black, sweet, simple, or crafted, coffee always seemed to create space for people to slow down and be present with one another.
In 2025, God brought me to Ephesians 5:15–16:
"Pay careful attention, then, to how you walk—not as unwise people but as wise, making the most of the time."
The word time in this passage comes from the Greek word Kairos. Unlike chronological time, Kairos refers to a meaningful moment—an opportunity that carries significance and purpose. It is a reminder that life is not measured merely by the number of moments we have, but by how intentionally we live within them.
In a world that constantly urges us to move faster, meaningful moments can easily pass us by. Kairos Coffee exists to create opportunities to slow down, gather together, and savor the moments that matter most.

What does Kairos mean?
Kairos is a greek word found in scripture that describes a God-ordained moment—a time set apart, rich with purpose, presence, and opportunity. It is often referred to as "deep time," where moments carry significance beyond what the clock can measure. These are the moments that become memories, strengthen relationships, and remind us to slow down and savor what matters most.
Kairos Coffee was built on the belief that some of life's greatest moments happen over a cup of coffee. Our goal is to create an experience that invites connection, community, and celebration, helping you make the most of every meaningful moment.
